 Hello dearest friends! Happy Chicken Tuesday!!! But then again, I'm not chicken enough today.... So sorry!!
Finally got my blood test result this morning!!! Aaah... I'm so relieveeeeed!! No thyroid. No diabetes. However, it is confirmed, the cause of my lethargy is due to high cholesterol and hypertension. Thus the doctor puts me on medication for the high cholesterol. However, for the hypertension we agreed for me to try and change my diet first and see if there is any good result before I start taking medicine to treat it too.
So that's that! I'm so glad it can be treated just by changing my diet!! Bad, bad, glorious, yummy food!! I just knew my habit of taking snacks will land me in troubles sooner or later.  Now that the anxiety of waiting for the result is over, I feel so exhausted and can hardly open my eyes.... So sorry if I don't get to visit anybody today! I truly appreciate all of my friends concern over my health, eventhough it's not that serious really.... See you when I can!! And before I sign off, Happy Birthday to my dear friend Amalie!! And 14th was my dear beloved MacGyver's birthday!!
