Sharing her a photo of my grandbaby Diyanah with all her 'aunties' i.e. Bubbles's cousins!
Hello dear friends, hope you're having a great time this October! Hope the ones that have not been very well are getting much better already!
Our fasting month is coming to an end either this 12th or 13th, depending on the moon sighting on 11th. So there will be about eight more days left before we celebrate Eid ul-Fitr. That means a lot of preparations has to be done; Dressing up the house (of course, after tidying it!) to receive guests during the celebration eg. clean curtains (if not new), flowers, decors, tablemat, lights, crockery, etc, etc! (just like when you celebrate X’mas, I would say!). Buying new clothes (if you haven’t sent for tailor-made yet, normally tailors do not accept orders anymore by the time Ramadhan started!), not to mention new shoes & new head scarves to go with the new clothes! Making traditional raya cookies or buying, especially in my case! You just don’t know the extent some people are willing to go for all these! For me, moderation in everything will do.
That was the reason why my Blossom & her little family had to come out from their little cave, to do some preparations. And can they do it without Ghamma’s assistance? Don’t think so! And what time did she arrive here at my house? Night! Well, she’s always been a night person, baby or not….

Sharing here a photo of baby Diyanah again, with all the 'uncles' i.e. Blossom's cousins taken during a party last September.
Hello dear friends, this is the second chapter of my October diary!
So today, after fetching dear Bubbles at kindy at 11.30am, off we went, the whole family (Buttercup woke up late, thus missed school – on purpose I would say!) excluding the father, who definitely will be at work (but not without departing with some $$$ definitely! Heehee) to Shah Alam, another one of my favourite places for good bargains. It’s about 20-30 minutes drive away, depending on the traffic.
In between the shopping and helping with the baby, I was beat by 5pm! Yes, we’re there for 5 hours!!! And Blossom, being Blossom, still wanted to go to Mid Valley & Kuala Lumpur, which is at the other end of the world for me! For her, the day is still young! Hmm… had trouble rushing them to get ready this morning because I didn’t want to be late picking up Bubbles! The father was even so sensible suggesting earlier to let Bubbles skip school so that we can go out for shopping much earlier…. Well, mother always know best, & nobody defy that!!! So off we went heading home, with just enough time to stop by at a bazaar to buy some food & reached home in time for break fast. For Blossom & family, it's the first with the father! He came home just in time!!!

Sharing here a photo of my half Dutch niece, Natasha! Instead of crawling forward, she's trying to lift up her bum to stand & walk!
Hello dear friends, hope everybody is doing well & having fun! Here's my third chapter on why I've been missing these couple of days!
Despite the hectic day yesterday, Blossom & hubby had a late night watching DVDs when all of us have gone to bed! So this morning, when I’ve done with the house chores, done packing my things to go to Seremban to send them home, done preparing some food for Buttercup & the father, and was just reading while waiting to pick up Bubbles, they woke up and rushed to get ready, suddenly realizing they don’t have much time for the hubby to get to work in time! Hmm, now you know why my Blossom is not my favourite subject to talk about…?
I’ve mentioned on my last visit to Seremban that my Mum was at my sister, Adik’s house. She’s also going back to Seremban the same day & bringing my sister Ammy and baby Natasha, who surprised us by arriving early from Amsterdam yesterday! Though I may no be excited about sending Blossom home, we’re definitely excited seeing my sister & baby Natasha again! She’s grown up and learning to crawl. Problem is she doesn’t just crawl but she keeps lifting up her bum trying to get up & walk! Very impatient Dutch baby this one! It scares everybody everytime she lift up her bum, especially the mother of course, because she’s still not stable she could hit the floor flat on her face! Bubbles was so excited get to be the older cousin to baby Natasha!
Had a great time chatting & break fast with them till we had to leave at 9pm because my dear Blossom, still needed to get some more things (It breaks my heart when your child supposedly has her own chosen life but still need you so much….) . At 11pm fetched my son-in-law from work, sent the three of them home & off I went for the 45 minutes drive home. I didn’t stay overnight because I don’t want to drive the next day while fasting! What I didn’t expect was it’s gonna be that late!
(photo will be posted later)
My sister & I were very excited getting ready to bring our kids see the launching of Winnie The Pooh 80 Years of Adventures at Berjaya Times Square on 28 February 2007! Firstly, this is my first visit to BTS. Secondly, we’ve always love WTP! Thirdly, my sister & her children missed the Hello Kitty Celebration at KLCC by the same organizing company in 2005 that my Bubbles & I enjoyed so much & we hope to enjoy ourselves together this time.
However, what a let down! It was not exciting at all! What’s more we, the invited public, felt so unwelcome! When we arrived we were not required to register, only the VIP guests. We were just told to just find a place to sit. I know it’s a free show, but it make us feel so unwelcome... Then our children have to watch the VIP guests been given the nice WTP stickers without getting one. Later there’s the Best WTP Dress Competition where the winner is picked by the loudest applause received. Guess who win? A kid who get the most applause, mainly from the organizing staffs!!! Definitely he wins no matter what he wears!
Another let down, during the HK Celebration, there was people displaying all their HK collectibles while most didn’t bring along because we were not aware. Thus, not to be left out this time, we brought all our WTP collectibles (in a few luggages!) to be displayed, only to be disappointed…. They only pay attention to their VIP guests.
Another big blunder was when a representative from the organizing company gave the opening speech. She announced, “…… & I’m not sure whether Winnie The Pooh is a he or she…..”!!! And they are launching Winnie The Pooh 80 Years of Adventures? Hmmm….
